Aurum Resources (ASX: AUE) reported exceptional high-grade results from infill drilling at its 2.41Moz Boundiali Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire, including 1m at 152.35 g/t gold from 96m. Additional intercepts at the BMT3 and BDT2 deposits returned grades such as 21m at 4.06 g/t Au and 5m at 10.80 g/t Au, confirming the continuity of high-grade mineralisation. With mineralisation open along strike and at depth, Aurum is advancing its 100,000m drilling program, major resource updates in early 2026, and a Pre-Feasibility Study at Boundiali, supported by a strong $40M cash position. Zeotech (ASX: ZEO) received firm commitments to raise $13 million to advance strategic initiatives through 2026, including mining operations at its Toondoon Kaolin Project, following a recent $200m binding offtake agreement with Jiangsu Mineral Sources International Trading Co; progressing a definitive feasibility study for its AusPozz™ Project for Australia’s first commercial production of high-reactivity metakaolin, and an expanded Toondoon drilling program to target an increase in the high-grade kaolin resource and produce a maiden Ore Reserve.
Lotus Resources (ASX: LOT) commenced resource infill drilling at its Letlhakane uranium project to support a Pre-Feasibility Study for the project. Drilling aims to upgrade its current Mineral Resource Estimate and provide metallurgical test samples to support a PFS, due in the second half of CY26. Letlhakane complements Lotus’ Kayelekera Mine in Malawi, which recently commenced uranium production.
Native Mineral Resources (ASX: NMR) generated cash receipts of $3,003,834 in the month of September as gold production at Blackjack, Qld continues to advance. Since production commenced on 30 July 2025, NMR has received $4,009,249 in cash, with its latest pour producing 393oz gold doré. Its latest pour was sourced from blended mineralised waste material; NMR will now move to higher-grade Blackjack and Far Fanning feed. Covered by Australian Mining.
Power Minerals (ASX: PNN) confirmed the presence of a high-grade carbonatite hard rock intrusion at its Santa Anna REE Project in Brazil, validating the project’s potential as a major ex-China critical minerals source. Drilling continues to deliver grades up to 6.2% TREO, with mineralisation starting at surface and remaining open in all directions. Larvotto Resources (ASX: LRV) reported positive results from the Gradient-Array IP and Resistivity survey at the Kiarra Prospect, part of the Hillgrove Antimony-Gold Project in NSW. The survey identified a strong correlation between resistivity highs and historic antimony-gold workings, confirming priority new drill targets for follow-up. Desert Metals (ASX: DM1) reported final assays from diamond drilling at the King Kong prospect, part of the Adzope Gold Project in Côte d’Ivoire, where 15 of the 17 holes drilled intersected anomalous gold over a 1.2km strike, confirming the potential for a significant, high-grade gold system. Results include a 400m semi-continuous mineralised zone at the southern end of the corridor, anchored by earlier intercept 17m at 7.5g/t gold from 262m. Desert Metals is preparing regional exploration at Adzope, including sampling at the expansive “Beach” prospect and aircore drilling at Tengrela South, where high-grade results have already been returned.
Toubani Resources (ASX: TRE) announced first results from its current drilling programs at its Kobada Gold Project in southern Mali, which identified broad zones of mineralisation outside the current Mineral Resource Estimate in both diamond core and reverse RC drilling programs. The Kobada project hosts 2.2Moz in Mineral Resources, which occurs over a 4.5km strike length and is predominantly oxide and open pitable. Strategic Energy Resources (ASX: SER) commenced a 1,500m diamond drill program at its Isa North Project in northwest Queensland to test gravity and magnetic iron oxide copper-gold targets (IOCG). Auric Mining (ASX: AWJ) successfully acquired the Burbanks Gold Processing Facility, strategically located just 10km south of Coolgardie, WA and within trucking distance from Auric’s tenements. Burbanks delivers critical infrastructure, supported by existing approvals and permits, positioning Auric to fast-track its strategy of becoming a fully integrated and sustainable gold producer in the heart of the Goldfields. Magmatic Resources (ASX: MAG) completed a maiden drilling program at its Weebo Gold Project in WA’s Eastern Goldfields, covering over 3,190 metres across advanced targets at the Scone Stone and Ockerburry. Samples have been dispatched for assay and results are expected in the coming weeks. Weebo is strategically positioned between five multi-million-ounce gold mines.
Connected Minerals (ASX: CML) completed Phase 2 drilling program at the Etango North-East Uranium Project in Namibia. The campaign comprised 23 holes for 3,134 metres at the Ondapanda Prospect, following the outstanding Phase 1 results where 14 of 15 holes delivered economic uranium grades. Argent Minerals (ASX: ARD) received regulatory approvals for a follow-up diamond drill hole to test high-grade extensions of the Kempfield Silver-Polymetallic Project in NSW. The drillhole, to commence in coming weeks, will be collared along strike from AKDD208, which returned outstanding results including 22m @ 247.24 g/t Ag Eq and 42.6m @ 102.02 g/t Ag Eq. Evergreen Lithium (ASX: EG1) will focus on advancing development work at its Mt Monger Gold Project, located ~70km southeast from Kalgoorlie, WA. A recent site review highlighted the project’s strong advantages, including established infrastructure with haul roads and utilities, close proximity to six operating gold mines and three mills (one just 5km away). Koba Resources: (ASX: KOB) has discovered a new high-grade prospect during initial follow-up drilling at its Yarramba Uranium Project in South Australia. Drilling continues to intersect uranium grades >1,000ppm eU3O8 including 1.07m @ 693ppm eU3O8 from 88.4m at the new Delord Prospect, including 0.53m @ 1,045ppm eU3O8; and 1.52m @ 482ppm eU3O8 from 86.5m; including 0.52m @ 1,071ppm eU3O8.
Chariot Corporation (ASX:CC99) announced an update on its Resurgent lithium project, located in the McDermitt Caldera on the Nevada–Oregon border in the United States. Jessie is a highly credentialled resources executive and engineer with 20 years of experience in the mining industry. (TSX: GMIN), Hudbay Minerals Inc (NYSE: HBM), Resource Capital Funds and two preeminent Canadian EPCM firms.
Bellavista Resources (ASX: BVR) announced that the initial round of bioleaching experiments of hyper-enriched black shale mineralisation at the Brumby Project has confirmed critical & strategic minerals are present in the post experiment leachates.
BIOTECH
Chimeric Therapeutics (ASX: CHM) reported further signs of disease control and tumour shrinkage in its Phase 1/2 trial of CHM CDH17, with the Safety Monitoring Committee confirming Dose Level 2 is safe for ongoing exploration. Early results show tumour reductions of 12–37% and stable disease in colorectal and neuroendocrine cancer patients, while one Dose Level 1 patient remains in stable disease more than 10 months after a single dose. Arovella's (ASX: AVA) unique and patent protected CLDN18.2 CAR has been demonstrated to induce effective killing of pancreatic cancer cells when incorporated into T cells in a proof-of-concept in vitro study. It performed equivalently to the leading CLDN18.2 CAR, and the anti-tumour activity of the CAR is anticipated to be superior in vivo when incorporated into Arovella’s iNKT cell platform. Arovella is proceeding to incorporate its CLDN18.2 CAR into iNKT cells, which will be followed up with in vivo pancreatic and gastric cancer studies in mice.
Radiopharm Theranostics (ASX: RAD) received a positive recommendation from the Data Safety and Monitoring Committee (DSMC) to advance its clinical-stage radiotherapeutic asset, 177Lu-RAD202 (RAD202), to the next dose level of 75mCi in the Phase 1 ‘HEAT’ clinical trial in patients with Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2 (HER2)-positive advanced solid tumors. The second cohort of patients is expected to be enrolled by Q4 2025.
Paradigm Biopharmaceuticals (ASX: PAR) has dosed participants in the pivotal PARA_OA_012 Phase 3 trial of iPP, with all selected sites currently expected to be activated and recruiting by the end of October. Early data shows an improved screen-failure rate versus PARA_OA_002, reflecting FDA-guided refinements to eligibility criteria, and PAR remains on track for an interim analysis in mid-CY2026.

CurveBeam (ASX: CVB) received firm commitments for a $6.5 million placement, which attracted investment from new and existing institutional investors. The new funds will be used for research and development plus sales and marketing of its HiRise™ product, supply chain costs and general working capital purposes including capital raising fees.
Syntara (ASX: SNT) appointed leading global myelofibrosis experts to support the development of its lead asset, amsulostat. Strategic advisors include Dr Adam Craig, former CEO of CTI BioPharma, and Dr Kevin Lynch, formerly of Celgene and Antengene. A new Clinical Advisory Board has also been established, featuring Professor Claire Harrison (Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust), Dr Gaby Hobbs (Harvard/Mass General Hospital), and Professor John Mascarenhas (Mount Sinai). The appointments strengthen Syntara’s clinical and commercial strategy as it advances amsulostat into a planned Phase 2b study.
