Power Minerals (ASX: PNN) reported exceptional rare earth results received from the first drill hole of its maiden drilling program at the Morro do Ferro Rare Earth Project (MDF) in southern Minas Gerais, Brazil. Drill hole MFSR-051 intersected 116m at 4.78% TREO from surface, including 31m at 10.0% TREO and 1.58% MREO from 14m. Element 25 (ASX: E25) signed a binding take-or-pay offtake agreement with OM Holdings Limited (ASX: OMH), for 100% of manganese concentrate produced at E25’s Butcherbird Mine in WA, subject to carve-outs to for future E25’s HPMSM feedstock requirements. The agreement provides offtake certainty for an initial five-year term, with the option to extend for a further five years, and comes as E25 advances its Butcherbird Expansion Project, targeting 1.1Mpta production of manganese concentrate, with commissioning on track for Q1 CY2027.

American Tungsten & Antimony’s (ASX: AT4) Chief Executive Officer Casper Adson recently visited the Del Sol Refinery in Nevada and the White Spar Antimony Mine in Arizona alongside the Del Sol operating team to advance ramp-up and expansion planning activities, following the proposed acquisition announced on 28 July 2026. Subject to completion of the acquisition, the restart of the Del Sol antimony flake circuit using feedstock from White Spar is targeted for the September 2026 quarter.
Perpetual Resources’ (ASX: PEC) US-based technical team has mobilised to the Nevada Scheelite Tunsten Mine this week to commence the first underground reconnaissance program. The program forms part of the company’s strategy to rapidly advance the project towards modern exploration and drill targeting. Drilling has commenced at BOA Resources’ (ASX: BOA) Ricci Lee copper prospect, marking the start of the maiden drilling campaign at the company’s Neds Creek Copper Project in Western Australia. The current program at Ricci Lee comprises ~5,500m across 38 RC holes, and is designed to infill and extend the known mineralised system and provide sufficient geological and assay data to support the preparation of a maiden Mineral Resource estimate, subject to drilling results. Mayfield Group Holdings (ASX:MYG) completed the acquisition of Nilsen (SA) Pty Ltd's Switchboards Division. Mayfield acquires the N-Series product platform, associated IP, customer contracts, inventory and manufacturing assets. The acquisition adds $3.9 million of new Work-In-Hand and is expected to generate $10–15 million in incremental FY27 revenue, expanding Mayfield's switchboard capability in key growth markets like data centres.

Etherstack plc (ASX:ESK) reported preliminary unaudited H1 FY26 results showing revenue of US$8.5 million, up 40% on pcp, with a 57% gross margin, EBITDA of US$1.8 million (21.5% margin). Separately, the company announced the appointment of Ryan Burchnell as Group Chief Operating Officer, a US-based executive with over three decades of executive leadership experience, tasked with leading global operations as the company scales its international business.
